How does a booking become confirmed?
Choose a tour, enter your details, and submit your request. An unpaid slot is held for 24 hours. Staff checks availability and verifies your sample payment proof before confirming. Uploading proof alone does not mean paid or confirmed.
Can I bring children or book a private boat?
Yes. Children ages 3–11 use child rates; infants under 3 ride free but count toward boat capacity. Shared bookings allow up to 12 guests, private boats up to 8. At least one adult is required.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
3+ days before: free reschedule or full refund of amount paid. 1–2 days before: one reschedule, non-refundable down payment. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund or reschedule. Operator cancellation for safety: free reschedule or full refund. Staff reviews paid cancellations; refunds are manual.
Is hotel pickup available?
Hotel pickup costs ₱300 per vehicle within Puerto Galera and Sabang only. Enter your hotel name and a pickup time before departure. Staff confirms pickup arrangements. Meeting at Sabang Beach pier is free.
Privacy, consent, and safety
Only information needed for booking and safety is collected. Your bookings are visible to you and authorized staff. Proof images are private. We never ask for IDs, bank passwords, PINs, OTPs, or card numbers. Contact staff to request data deletion after your tour. Wear life vests and follow the safety briefing. Tell staff about serious heart, breathing, or other health conditions before the trip.
